When all the other local Hyundai dealerships were trying to entice my car to be towed in December (it was making a strange noise) but stated they won't even look at it for a MONTH, John immediately assured me that they'd diagnose it within 2-3 days. Kept the promise, communicated throughout (even via text!!), provided a video (!!!) of the issue...
This dealership's service department, led by John, is simply the very best- they earned my trust and business, even though I have to drive 20+ miles to get there. Way to go, John & crew- THIS is what customer service is about!
