I recently had surgery and not only are they so helpful To modify each workout to make it beneficial for me, they are checking in and making sure everything is good and watching my form carefully. They have helped in more ways then I would have imagined and are always willing to help and work with me for workouts. “I was ecstatic to find that the smoothie/ice cream shop that opened right next to me has quality smoothies at one of the lowest prices I’ve seen. The young lady working was super friendly and helped me get exactly what I wanted(Green protein + pineapple) and a juice for my wife. They use real ingredients and chop the vegetables in front of you. They’re brand new so there will be growing pains and the aesthetics of the store could be better, maybe make it somewhat beachy to go with the menu offerings?”

“Completed the Motorcycle Basic Rider course. Tips: you're looking for building D. You can park in the D lot. The stairs to room 202 aren't facing that lot. The bike you choose is the bike you'll use for the entire training. Get there early; there are a couple bikes that stand above the rest. It seems like a lot longer, but the time really flies. The curriculum & training is excellent! If you're considering this, DO IT!! The instructors, Ken Wallace & Eric Gifford were outstanding!”
