“I am a 66 old male golfer and was considering purchasing some speed sticks to increase club head speed. Fortunately, in my search for reviews, I came across an article by Par4Success. The article confirmed my concern that my body my not be able to handle the stress. I took the mobility test and failed 3 of the 4 areas. I decided I need to work on improving my mobility and increasing strength. I signed up for the 3 month virtual program and totally impressed with coach and Par4Success online system. The exercise videos are short and easy to understand. My coach (Tyler) is available by email or phone and very responsive. After 2 months, my mobility is getting better and most importantly my golf swing has improved. I feel like it is only a matter of time that I will get to work on speed sticks.”

“Get breakfast. Easy access from interstate. Went to Cracker Barrel, but wait was so long we left. Saw Waffle House and stopped. They were busy too, but we were able to sit at counter with no wait. He suggests care only if it is needed, this is important as I have had other dentist offices (previously) who were just trying to make money since the patient will obviously listen to the dentist. Appreciate the care that he and his team provide. The staff are also very polite and patient at the UDA dental at weston cary.”
