“We purchased a BAK Revolver truck bed cover that was installed when we initially purchased our 2016 RAM 2500 (from a dealership down near Charlotte). The cover started having issues right about the time the warranty was to expire. We tried numerous times to contact the dealership (since they had the installation records), but the dealership had been sold and was under new ownership (that did not put an earnest effort into assisting us in finding the install records that had been passed along to them). Russel and Andrew were pivotal in assisting us resolve the issue. Andrew spent a great deal of time hunting down the pertinent information, communicating with BAK industries on our behalf, and securing a replacement cover. “Love my Mini but coming for service can be a bit of a pain. I think the work is quality but it takes forever getting out of this place in a timely manner. I have come to find that they will spend some time looking for additional issues on you vehicle. If you ask a quicker turnover, they can push it through but you might have to give up the free car wash. They do have good prices for the work they do.”

I told them I had just gotten an all wheel alignment a few days prior but they went ahead and performed the check anyway.
