“I have enjoyed getting the Hydration IV service at Ascend. Very knowledgeable staff that made the experience relaxing and top notch. I am very active person that plays ice hockey and coaches, along with hot yoga training. Having an IV on a Friday evening before a busy weekend is perfect way to get ready. I feel fantastic after my session and throughout the weekend. I would highly recommend coming out and trying all the services Ascend Performance and Recovery have to offer.”

“I have nothing bad to say about this place it was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and almost every one of them acted like they wanted to be there and there for the right reason. Their age their nurses their whole staff was awesome even the kitchen staff was easy to work with. The therapist really helped me a lot and I recommend them to anybody . I was away from home for over 2 months but it gwas a very pleasant experience!”
