Prime Communications

Upon arriving at the facility, I was informed my friend from church was no longer a resident at Oak Hill. They immediately took my name and phone number and told me they would contact my friends daughter. I received a call from her daughter that afternoon so I am able to visit her in the new facility where she is receiving intensive PT.

Oak Hill is wonderful. They are taking care of my mom with awesome care. They keep in close contact with family regarding my mom’s health. When I visit the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Every one was helpful and kind. I overheard a number of interactions between staff and residents. One of the interactions was a resident asking a staff member the same question over and over again. The staff member answered the question as though it was the first time it was being asked. The staff was kind and friendly to visitors and residents alike.
