“I had my initial evaluation today with Amanda at Balanced Physical Therapy and can not recommend her and her business highly enough. My appointment started on time and each minute of my session was productive towards assessing and addressing my injury. Amanda methodically worked through the assessment process while communicating with me what she was doing and why. It gave me a great understanding of what was going on and what needs to be done. She is an excellent listener and was compassionate and focused throughout the assessment. At the end of the session, I was given home exercises to do between sessions that are do-able, make sense and was given access through her app to videos of each one to ensure I do them correctly on my own. The office space is clean, large and offers every device and tool necessary right there. Amanda is a kind, knowledgeable and dedicated physical therapist. You can easily tell this is her true passion and she excels in it. Also, Nicole made the paperwork, scheduling and billing completely stress free. “I loved Dr. Villanueva and his team. Front end staff was nice and attentive. My walk back was very nice, and Dr. V asked all the right questions to understand my problem. He explained the diagnosis in a way I could easily understand and feel comfortable with. We decided on surgery, so I was talked through the prep, procedure, recovery and expected results. I was assigned to his assistant and provided information to call if I had additional questions. I did, and called twice, getting a live human who reviewed my information and explained things. A week before the surgery, I was contacted by a nurse, who asked me a thorough round of questions related to my health and daily activities. On the day of surgery, I was checked in quickly, only waited for a short time, and was taken back, where I was prepped by a great team of nurses, greeted and asked more questions by the anesthesiologist who told me what to expect. Dr. V followed and explained things again to me, and my wife who was present, providing details about postoperative care. I was wheeled back shortly thereafter, and things went well and were over in an hour or so. I woke up in the care of a nurse, checking from the anesthesiologist and Dr. V wrapping back around to check on me. Seriously, an exceptional experience in the care of a kind doctor and staff.”

“I have been a patient of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic for over 6 months. I have 2 subluxations and 2 steel plates from cervical spine fusion. I then developed nerve pain going across my left shoulder, with pain and numbness going down my left arm and into my hand, possibly caused by a bulging disk between C4&5. I’m told this is not serious enough to be cut open again for a second surgery. All that said, I have felt trapped in debilitating pain for 5 years. The relief I got from going to a regular chiropractor who physically manipulated these areas was very short lived. It never became a permanent solution. A friend finally introduced me to Dr. Adam Austin who evaluated all my issues and came up with a plan. His strategy for realigning my atlas and using laser and an activator adjustment tool helped to significantly lower my pain to where I sometimes forget it’s there. I have even experienced periods of no pain at all. I also recover so much faster from daily routines that aggravate these damaged nerves. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Austin and his team for meeting my complicated needs and for giving me back my life. I highly recommend them.”

“I had significant pain in lower right quadrant and PCP wanted me to visit ER. Everyone was nice, but the visit took a total of 6 hours with no diagnosis (that is no one's fault). It took a little over 4 hours to get to a bed and finally get the diagnosis started. The nurses and doctor in the inner sanctum were nice, but the total time spent keeps me from giving you 5 stars.”

“I had always wanted to be hypnotized and was actually an avid believer already, but I was still nervous my first time. I chose Cynthia Thurman by searching around on the Internet - her location, smile and her being a woman all drew me in. I desperately wanted a female coach to help with something like weight loss. When I spoke to her on the phone initially, I knew she was for me. No pretentiousness or ego, and such a soothing voice. Cynthia made me instantly comfortable and I learned so much about myself in the Five Path program she utilizes. I've already lost nearly 15 pounds and it would likely be more if I was able to exercise more. I just went through a second shoulder revision surgery and still can't drive yet, but I imagine that soon enough, I'll be able to lose even more. The homework she gives for home also helps immensely.
