“Dr. Stella is the best. He patiently answers all of my questions, my gum graft healed beautifully and he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. My insurance didn't cover the gum graft but Kiara (at the Durham office) explained all of my options to me and was super helpful and flexible. It was expensive but I called around to periodontists in the area and don't think I could've had it done any cheaper. 4 stars instead of 5 because my insurance should have covered the consult, but I'm still waiting on a claim to be submitted for that (it was 3 months ago).”

Before we even started to look at listings they took the time to explain the process, what the market conditions were like, and set our expectations for how to close the deal. Closing on any home is a stressful process but our agent was our greatest advocate throughout it all. She helped us line up the house inspector, and then contractors to get quotes on work that needed to be performed. Our seller gave us a very small due diligence window, but we got everything looked at we needed. We got to the closing table with the maximum amount of concessions allowed, plus a little extra due to a dishwasher that failed to function after the repair. Great real estate agency, and a great experience. I highly recommend.”

“Since purchasing my first house last month I've found myself in a Home Depot nearly every week. The staff at this location are especially helpful and friendly. I had an electrical issue, and the store's electrician gave me a call and walked me through the repair over the phone at no cost. I spent about $6 on parts to change out a bad light switch. The cheapest quote I got from an electrician was $150. While I can't tackle every project in my home myself, the help from Home Depot has definitely helped me get some projects done I thought I'd never be capable of and that saves me a ton of money. The store even holds free classes that you can sign up for online. In a couple hours I learned how to repair a hole in dry wall and it didn't cost me a penny! Great store, excellent prices (they even beat Amazon on a handful of items I checked), and friendly staff.”

“I had a root canal yesterday with Dr. Williams. He and his team are exceptional professionals and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a root canal treatment. It was the best root canal procedure I've had (and I've had 3 total). I was in a lot of pain before the root canal. The procedure itself felt better than most fillings. I was completely pain free afterwards. And this was with the root canal situation being more tricky than normal. For the first time in months, I could drink a cold beverage without being in a world of pain right after too. “This is a pretty good Home Depot. Watch out, though, for an older gentleman who works in plumbing (very condescending, if "helping" you) and a couple of the guys in electrical (not the most knowledgeable electrical wizards you will come across). Cashiers are friendly and helpful, as are all the folks I've met in lawn & garden. When you get to the Tools section, good luck finding any assistance. The employees here will tell you that the Wake Forest HD on Route 1 has a better plant selection.”
