The Ashton Apartments

First off I want to thank the leasing agent Jenna T. I don’t know what I would have done without her making my leasing the unit so seamless! I’ve never experienced this type of upstanding customer service EVER when apartment hunting! I randomly walked in one day just to ask questions & She literally stopped what she was doing and might I mention Jenna didn’t go to lunch just to show me the Whole community! ( I felt horrible taking away from her break) I told her I would come back and she didn’t hesitate to jump in and help! I’m so excited to start this new venture with the Ashton’s apartment! I can’t thank Jenna enough! I definitely have a nice gift for her when we meet! #GirlPower! THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNA!

I relocated to Raleigh and the customer service that I received from Jenna and Jezy was refreshing. They had very pleasant attitudes and was patient with me and my questions on how everything goes. Very informative which further reassured me I made the right decision deciding to live here. Gratitude

One time our A/C broke (...in July...in NC...yikes!) and at 9pm my husband and I put in a request to have it fixed, writing in the request that it was not an emergency and it would be fine to wait until morning. Less than 1 hour later, an on-call maintenance team member, Manny, knocked on our door to check out the system. He told us that he knew that we had just had a baby (we have always been friendly with the maintenance crew since we live across from their workshop), and he wanted to make sure we could be comfortable through the night. It was above and beyond what we asked for or anticipated, and we were super grateful!
