We switched to Commercial Solutions when the Stevens TPO material failed and Baker Roofing, the company that installed it, did not inform us the leaks we were experiencing were due to a material failure. Thankfully Commercial Solutions properly diagnosed the issue and then installed a new roof which finally addressed the ongoing leaks we had been experiencing for more than a year of trying to work with Baker. The installation was flawless and was completed on schedule with minimal inconvenience to our tenants. We have had no issues since the new roof was installed or with more recent work done by Commercial Solutions to accommodate equipment placed on the roof in support of a tenant upfit. Commercial Solutions recently went above and beyond to help us when one or our first floor commercial spaces began experiencing a leak at a storefront window. After months of not being able to find anyone willing to address the issue, Scott sent someone out and they quickly identified and corrected the leak. Exceptional work.
