“The staff is wonderful here. I was moving to Raleigh from 12 hours away. Jennifer helped me with the process and honestly made it so much easier on me. When I couldn't come down to see the apartment, she did a video tour, took pictures for me and even offered to tape out the dimensions of my furniture! She also helped me understand all the details about renting an apartment (since it was my first time). I was running a little behind when moving in and she stayed after hours to make sure I got here ok and so I could get into my apartment and have a place to sleep. I would definitely recommend the Apartments of Westgrove. The apartment is great but I really can't say enough about the staff :)”

“I’m giving them 5 stars. Not because they have exceptional service as most people might think. But because even when they mess up they always make it right. They are human and they have been dealing with staff shortages and other things. I remember I ordered pizza close to the super bowl and after waiting for 2 hours I called the store, the manager and entire staff had walked out and there was one person trying to run the entire store and make all the orders. Instead o canceling all of the orders (which would have been fair considering the circumstances) he was there trying to clean up the mess. I ended up picking up my order instead of having it delivered to make things easier. When they do good they do good but they make mistakes like any other business. The important thing is when they do, they always make it right. I will continue to order from them because of this. I have 5 hungry kids that love them some pizza. We need to remember everyone is human and subject to error. A little kindness goes a long way! Thanks for always doing your best and for making it right when you don’t.”

“I had a stroke in 2016 and have not been able to ride my bike since then. I asked NextStep in Raleigh if they could make it possible for me to ride a bike, and they said they could. After getting a set of adult training wheels, I was able to ride a bike by myself in the parking lot of NextStep with the support and encouragement of the excellent physical therapists at NextStep. I can't go without the training wheels yet, but I hope to ditch the training wheels soon. Three cheers for NextStep!”
