Domino's Pizza

The service department at Fred Anderson Toyota is great. Got me in and out the door in about an hour for my general maintenance appointment. The rep who helped me today, Latisha Nixon, was great.

The only issue I have with the department is that they fail to wash my car pretty consistently, even when I note it in the appointment request. Since this is a complimentary service they advertise, I would ask that they do better about making sure it gets done when noted. It did not get done today.

I had an amazing time dealing with these people all the way around. I had initially spoke with Joe, who then referred me to another slaws man can’t think of his name. But my process was smooth and seamless. Even taking it for the service when it’s due has been daily easy. Love Lonnie over in the service department! He’s super cool and down to earth. Lonnie explained everything that happened from start to finish and then gave me paperwork on what was coming up soon with prices. Very straightforward.

This was my second time bringing my vehicle here and I will continue to drive the few extra miles and minutes to service my car here. Both experiences have been great. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and understanding. I was in need of getting new tires and was going to wait until next month to get them. Halfway through my service appointment, I changed my mind and they were happy to add them on. I financed the new tires and that process took no more than 5-8 minutes when filling everything out. Latisha, my service advisor, was great! I will definitely be reaching out to her for more service help in the future.

They always take such good care of my car. Geoff kept me well informed on my cars maintenance progress from start to finish! His customer service skills are absolutely fantastic and so is his personality. He always takes time to explain things to me about my car in a way that I understand. Everyone there at the service department are all very friendly and willing to help!

Love Fred Anderson Toyota...Got my first new Truck from them. They treat me awesome in service. Jarvis is my favorite advisor. He is amazingly efficient, curtious, and knows what hes doing. They gave me a awesome service plan as well. Thanks to Fred :) and Jarvis

The people were good and friendly but the pizza was kind of flat and did not have enough toppings

This Dominos is very well managed. Pizza made perfect and fast.
