“Here is the short version: if you're looking for a real estate agent, you should absolutely call Patty. She is incredible and you will be blown away by all of the ways she and her team go above and beyond. Seriously. Amazing. Here is the longer version... Patty and her team absolutely exceeded our expectations at every stage while helping us find and purchase a home in the area. Here are some examples: 1. Patty was patient and supportive of us as we looked at a ton of homes before finding one we liked. We never felt pressured to settle and she quickly learned our tastes and helped us hone in on the right homes. She would even proactively reserved tour slots for hot homes based on her understanding of our tastes. When homes are selling super fast in a competitive market, this was a huge benefit. Patty always made herself available to us and was ready to move fast when needed. 2. When touring homes, Patty was not afraid to get her hands dirty and would go into crawl spaces, under sinks, or wherever was necessary to get a feel for some of the hidden aspects of a home. Her expertise was really valuable here and could potentially save thousands on lost due diligence money by finding issues before an official inspection. 3. When it came time to make an offer, Patty did some fantastic data analysis to give us a recommendation on what specifically to offer in order to maximize our chance of the seller accepting our offer without overpaying. Her recommendation wasn't based on gut feeling or guessing, it was based on hard data and it worked like a charm. 4. The day we were submitting the offer, before I could even get to it, Patty had already contacted our lender and got the ball rolling on getting the pre-approval letter generated. Once the offer was accepted, literally the next day Patty's team had already scheduled a home inspection, termite inspection, site survey and radon test. She made it so easy on us! Incredibly, before we had the inspection report for more than an hour, Patty had already scheduled a plumber to come out to give an estimate for addressing some of the items in the report. She met the plumber at the house and took care of everything. I could go on and on. Seriously, Patty is someone you definitely want on your side. “I was going to park at RDU airport initially and then saw Fast Park & Relax online and decided to go with them instead. Their parking prices are considerably lower than at the airport. It was very easy to park our car as they tell you which section to go to. There are dividers in between the parking spaces which also makes it easier to park. After we parked, the van came in about 5 minutes to pick us up to take us to the airport. It was only about a 5 to 10 minute drive. The driver assisted with our bags each way. Once we returned, we waited for about 5 to 10 minutes to be picked up and taken to our car. The driver this time brought our bags to our car. We paid when we left and our bill was $56.00 for parking for 7 days. It was hassle free and an overall enjoyable experience!”

The website is very easy to use and love that you do not have to create an account to place an order. We ordered for four people and the order was 100% accurate! The website is easy to use and the timing was on point. For four people, the order took 18 mins! That is perfect as we ordered from home and it was ready once we arrived (curbside pickup!) We ordered the California chicken sandwich with steak fries, Bacon Cheeseburger with steak fries, Impossible burger (sub FREE lettuce wrap!) with steamed broccoli, and last was my order of the Impossible burger (sub FREE brioche bun!) with steak fries. Everything was right even with substitutions. The containers they use to package the food can be reused which is awesome. The temperature of the food was still hot even when arriving at home! The steak fries had some very hard pieces mixed throughout. This place was really good and we can't wait to try again! Pictures will be added of our YUMMY food!!”
