“The physicians, nurses and other staff at WakeMed Brier Creek were exceptional when I was recently treated for a small bowel obstruction, that ultimately required surgery. One staff member, Jimmy, who works in radiology, went above and beyond the call of duty, and my husband and I would like to give special acknowledgement for his kindness and extraordinary effort on our behalf. My husband is an insulin dependent diabetic who had been by my side for hours as I was being diagnosed and treated for what had originally been diagnosed as gastroenteritis at another urgent care facility. We were referred to WakeMed for further examination. Because we are vegetarians, Jimmy went out of his way to get my husband some food in order to prevent him from having a low blood sugar episode. Thank you so very much, Jimmy, we were so grateful for your help at a very difficult time.”

“YUM! Really, this place is yummy! I am so surprised by the low reviews for this restaurant! We did place the order to-go so this review isn't about service or dining in! The website is very easy to use and love that you do not have to create an account to place an order. We ordered for four people and the order was 100% accurate! The website is easy to use and the timing was on point. For four people, the order took 18 mins! That is perfect as we ordered from home and it was ready once we arrived (curbside pickup!) We ordered the California chicken sandwich with steak fries, Bacon Cheeseburger with steak fries, Impossible burger (sub FREE lettuce wrap!) with steamed broccoli, and last was my order of the Impossible burger (sub FREE brioche bun!) with steak fries. Everything was right even with substitutions. The containers they use to package the food can be reused which is awesome. The temperature of the food was still hot even when arriving at home! The steak fries had some very hard pieces mixed throughout. This place was really good and we can't wait to try again! Pictures will be added of our YUMMY food!!”
