“This location opened at 5:30pm on the Saturday we visited. There is paid parking on the street, but you only pay during Monday thru Friday. We got there early, so we had drinks across the street at the Tin Roof, which is a fun bar with live music across the street. This a nice main course to that experience. They were able to fit us in, but keep in mind that reservations are recommended. We chose to dine at the outdoor seating area next to the street. It was a great experience but expect to have cars and motorcycles rev their engines as they cruise along that main street. We optioned to have the grilled chicken fettuccine alfredo, the grilled scallops, and vegetarian salad. And the waffle with ice cream for dessert. The waiter was knowledgeable about the food, and if you ask about the quality or size or availability, they are able to handle those questions. Midas 5-stars for the professional and knowledgeable staff.”

“This is the most interesting and diverse dessert bakery in the triangle that I have been to. Croissants and different types of donuts all with various fillings available. Cakes, cupcakes, and other more dense desserts fill other pastry cases. Did I mention that they have fresh ice cream from a local NC farm? There’s so much variety, and they have a set of stuffed croissants that rotate out every month and a set that rotate out every week. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.”

“This is my fourth time to this cafe in the past year(ish). Customer service was pleasant and quick. Only one employee was working (out front) and we were third customers in line with several others already in the cafe. She took our orders, prepped coffee and pastries, brought items out to customers, and tidied up and restocked, all while being polite. Today I brought my husband. He’s super picky about cheesecake and he immediately said, this is good. I actually had to make him repeat himself because I was surprised he enjoyed it enough to comment. I love the pastries and coffee here. Today I had a cream puff and cappuccino. The coffee is consistently delicious. And each of the parties I’ve tried have been delightful. ETA: their current sanitation rating is 97.5 so don’t be deterred by outdated reviews. It appears they took the bad rating to heart and have (literally) cleaned up their act.”

I the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich and a strawberry açaì lemonade and my daughter ordered some type of coffee that she claimed was too strong for her, an owl cakepop and some type of pumpkin scone. “We decided to have a breakfast on the weekend morning at Caribou Coffee. Its a nice place to hang in. They have a nice outdoor sitting area as well indoor. They have a great variety of Coffee and tea. We tried Turtle Mocha which was way too sweet, I couldn’t even get half of it. “Food is usually fresh one of the few fast-food places where their fries don't taste like they've been double fried, food is fresh and hot most times, didn't give five star because every time I go I'm asked to pull up and left waiting anywhere from 7 to 18 minutes, while all other cars that have pulled to wait after me have got theirs and went on, one time actually had to go in to finally get what was sitting and waiting. “The physicians, nurses and other staff at WakeMed Brier Creek were exceptional when I was recently treated for a small bowel obstruction, that ultimately required surgery. One staff member, Jimmy, who works in radiology, went above and beyond the call of duty, and my husband and I would like to give special acknowledgement for his kindness and extraordinary effort on our behalf. My husband is an insulin dependent diabetic who had been by my side for hours as I was being diagnosed and treated for what had originally been diagnosed as gastroenteritis at another urgent care facility. We were referred to WakeMed for further examination. Because we are vegetarians, Jimmy went out of his way to get my husband some food in order to prevent him from having a low blood sugar episode.
