There was a slight mix up in getting all the stone I needed, so Kelly was able to get the rest of my order and then deliver it in her own personal truck on a Saturday, when the store was closed. That is customer service for you. I highly recommend Kelly and her staff. When my friends come over and ask about my new grill, I will tell them about the help I got from General Shale. This gas station is always maintained inside and out they have a really great variety of snack drinks and ready to eat hot food. Not to mention they had some Latin dishes that were ready to eat the bathroom was always clean and the morning worker was always so Nice when I came with my daughter. My daughter loved coming in the morning because of how nice the clerk was customer service was always amazing I will miss coming to this gas station because I no longer live in Raleigh.”
