“This Walgreens improves with every visit! When I moved to Raleigh a year ago and needed my prescription transferred. This was my nearest Walgreens but it had 1 star reviews. On my first trip to the pharmacy there, I could see why. The staff was not engaged and customer service was minimal. I’m here every 3 months and let me tell you- the service keeps improving! When I speak to a pharmacists on the phone I am speaking to someone cheerful and helpful. I find it to be my friendly neighborhood Walgreens now!”

“Finding where you need to go may be a problem if you are unfamiliar with the locations however, asking someone definitely does help get you where you need to be *MASKS STILL REQUIRED & THEY HAVE TO BE MEDICAL GRADE*. They will provide them if you do not have one. It's perfectly fine.”

“Very great! My medical team asked me to get a booster ASAP and I went to Greystone. After an initial kerfuffle I spoke to a woman whose name I did not get but she was professional, articulate and put me through to the pharmacist, Bryant, who organized to get me in. Really went the extra mile to accommodate my request. Additionally, since we made the switch to Greystone we have had no delays in getting refills that were always delayed at the chain pharmacies. Two thumbs up!”
