“I came in on Thanksgiving eve. I didn't think to ask if they closed early. There were 3 young ladies working extremely hard as they were busy and closing in just a couple of minutes. There were 7 or eight people in line. One of the employees even changed gloved and got new lettuce because a lady said her friend had onion allergies. I can not speak highly enough of the 3 women working at this location at close even working still after close. I live 35 minutes from that location and just happen to stop on my way home from work. I hope the young ladies can get some sort of recognition. I did tip them but they definitely went above and beyond. Same I can't give more than 5 stars. They are the definition of customer service. I tried to call the store after I ate to thank them yet again but I guess they had already left.”

Love (sales associate) she was just amazing, friendly, sweet and a pleasure to talk to. The other staff was awesome too, but Chris and Love went above and beyond. This DTLR location has the most shoes on display I have ever seen. There must be 300 (or more) on display. Store was clean, organized and very well stocked. Super impressed with this DTLR. Phillip was my representative and he was patient and calm even though things were backed up and there were some employees out that day. Phillip treated me like a VIP. He got me a great ride home as there would be a delay due to the busy day, and kept me informed of the service process.
