“I've been seeing Dr. Kohagen for 13 years now, and I wouldn't change unless I was forced into it. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and explains what happens during procedures, and the results. The whole practice follows this same culture, and the nurses have been wonderful to me--even giving suggestions on how to down the purgatives for the procedures. Dr. Kohagen also follows up with my primary care provider, so they are in synch with what is needed, and when. Albert made the process simple for me with no issues. Another thing worth noting is that with the company having Sean Albert onsite it actually makes me feel better. Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. “The older African American gentleman is so sweet! He made sure there were gloves available so I could pump gas, chased away a panhandler by offering her whatever she needed from the store for free. He reminded her they always give her what she needs for free and not to beg from the store’s customers. Also, if you’re hungry, there an African food truck on site in the evenings! It’s called Olive Oyle, and has its own Google listing. Check it out!”
