“Very friendly, easy to work with. We were arriving in the evening on a Saturday from out of state, and they stayed past normal hours to get us checked in after we experienced some unexpected delays. “I have been very satisfied with Albert at North Raleigh personal storage. Originally I had to move from another state to here, so I put things in storage. Albert made the process simple for me with no issues. Another thing worth noting is that with the company having Sean Albert onsite it actually makes me feel better. Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. “David’s team from Miracle Movers of Raleigh helped us move from our house of 17 years to a new home across town. Our old house had three floors, some monster heavy furniture including a 600lb chest and a piano, and a garage full of heavy machine tools. The entire crew was quick, clever, courteous and extremely careful with our belongings and both houses. From the first time we walked in the door they made us feel like we are part of the family. Answered every question and need that we had all the way through from start to finish. They even took us out on the lake and taught us how to use the boat which was incredible to us. They spent time dealing with our children fitting life jackets and making everybody feel important.
