(January 26, 2020, 8:06 am)What a terrific community. I was really nervous when I walked in. I was welcomed by everyone. The coaches are amazing. My day is not complete without a workout. I used to dread the fitness center. Now, I can’t wait to get to the gym.

(December 11, 2018, 10:59 am)I have never experienced a gym like CrossFit Rolesville. Both Thomas and Megan are so welcoming. They have created such a wonderful community over the years. The coaching is second to none. I am proud to call CFR and all the members family. Anyone looking for a new gym, with knowledgeable coaches, amazing programming/ workouts and a place call home, please consider checking CrossFit Rolesville out. You will not be disappointed.
