“The added double line drive thru helps keep the line moving well. The wait was minimal for the depth of the lines. The food was as always consistent Chick-fil-A goodness. Most of all I want to give a shout out to the very friendly outside drive thru workers ---- °93 day with no breeze, surrounded by hot automobile motors and the required mask(thank you much) has to be draining. “If you’re looking for a good, hearty breakfast, look no further than Big Ed’s. Their sausage gravy is absolutely amazing. It’s not what I was I used when it comes to sausage gravy, but after trying it I now prefer their style of it! The menu had a wide selection of Southern breakfast items and the service was great. “I came here shopping after work and I was greeted by a young man who worked here and was extremely helpful he went over and beyond in my opinion and that’s my reason for 5 star. He greeted me asked me if I needed help which I did. Found my right size and even gave me another to try on to fight the right fit. He was extremely genuine and it’s hard to find that with younger generations these days. I didn’t see his name but I have his employee # which I will post bc I want management to know how wonderful it feels to get great customer service these days!
