“Without putting my daughter's personal details on this review it will be difficult to explain why I feel the way that I feel about this facility. Other parents reading this just remember that I have very good reasons for my goals and concerns for her well being. Let me start by saying that she was definitely there after an IVC order and this was not our first rodeo. With new doctors I don't usually expect instant or lasting results and sometimes a new doctor can make things worse because they aren't familiar with the details of her history that make her unique. Strategic gave her real care that was incredibly appropriate and specific to her. Last night an emergency concern came up and it was addressed incredibly quickly with a common sense solution that amazed me. I am writing this review because a lot of places have a cookie cutter response to mental health but that doesn't work in an industry that handles kids that are already out of the mold to be there in the first place. Strategic is amazing for being able to effectively even treat her when a lot of things that help other kids tend to cause her to escalate. As a parent I also appreciate that even though I don't claim to be an expert in child psych I do know everything about my kid and they listened to it all. Every opinion I have on her they let me tell them and also let me tell them why I formed that opinion. This place absolutely focuses on real behavioral improvement and I honestly read these reviews and all I see is that the former patients obviously didn't kill themselves and must show improvement seeing that they are no longer institutionalized and have the freedom to use the internet. If we ever go through this process again I will absolutely cross my fingers for this placement again.”

“Large grassy RV sites with enough trees, but only a very few available. Reservations strongly recommended.Mostly permanent residents, however very clean and well maintained. Only one washer and dryer available. Better to go into Garner if you ave more than one load. No picnic table or firepit, but we didn't need them. Grocery pretty close, in Clayton. Some road noise from the highway, but we pretended it was ocean sounds. Convenient to Raleigh/Durham amenities. We would stay here again. Stayed for a week for a reasonable price in a 5th wheel.”

“Hired ProTech just to repair a small crack in a fiberglass shower, so I can't speak to their full installations, but they did a great job with my fix. The contact person (Sherri?) got back to me really quickly after I posted a estimate request on their website, and was very helpful and polite with setting everything up for the repair. The guy who actually did the estimate and subsequent repair (Shane?) was nice and professional, did great work, and even took time to make sure I understood what he was doing with each step in the repair. He'd already explained all the potential costs during his estimate visit, so in the end the only (pleasant) surprise I had was that it actually came in under budget. They caught me early on Friday to let me know they needed to reschedule from a planned afternoon fix due to it taking longer to help someone else earlier in the day. Having just gone through an AC repair where the guy left the job half-done to go to his next appointment (and who couldn't reschedule us to finish the repair for another 4 days!) I can appreciate someone dealing with something like plumbing wanting to make sure what they're working on is done right before moving on to collect the next 'service call' fee (especially since my repair was just cosmetic). Shane came out early on the next day (Saturday morning) so that I wouldn't have to miss any work the following week due to the reschedule, and he was in and out in 2 hours. They made what is an occasionally unavoidable complication with this type of business go over quite smoothly on my end. Based on my experience and their quality of work, I'd certainly hire them again. ”

The inventory is constantly changing so you never know what kind of rare title they'll have in stock! They'll even let you call in and ask about their inventory, and if anything strikes your fancy, they can put a 24 hour hold on it for you. The staff are always helpful and open to answer any questions you may have about a particular game, console, or product sold on their shelves.”

“First time here! Food prices seem pretty reasonable here. Sign in the window says BOGO free sushi, didnt read it all but seems like a something to check into of you come! Lunch was fast and food was good. Friendly staff. I got chicken with broccoli with pork fried rice. Good egg rolls! Would come again and try more things, lots on the menu!”
