Spencer was an outstanding salesman! I felt no pressure and he sat in the vehicle to make sure I knew where everything was, made sure the settings were what I wanted, etc. He is awesome.

I am giving one star, because I can't give them less. When they wanted to sell us the car, when they wanted our money, they were very friendly and sweet... Me and my girlfriend bought a car from these people, and within a couple of weeks the car did not start. When we called them, they treated us like it was our problem and they are doing us a favor to get it fixed... They kept the car for weeks, when they gave it back, it worked for a couple of weeks and then had the exact same problem. Now that we call them again to explain this situation, they act annoyed, saying that this is our problem and that we signed the papers... that we knew it was an used car, and we bought it as it is, even when they assured us that the car did not have any problems. This time, they treated my GF so horribly over the phone, that it triggered an anxiety attack and she almost had to leaver work, but she couldn't... because she does not have a car that works... I would never buy again from these people, they sell you a car that works long enough for the warranty to expire, and then you are on your own. I will make sure to never recommend this dealership to anyone. They lost a customer, and potentially will lose even more.

Edit in response to dealership general manager reply: Well mister Yoder, I would be more than happy to give you a call to discuss the matter further. But we were informed by your office staff that you are currently on vacation and we cannot reach you. I really hope that your response is not just a generic computer generated response, and that we can sit down and discuss this issue properly. Thank you.

Edit #2: I must say, after meeting with them and going over this whole situation, they were very helpful. We were able to leave the dealership with another car. The last interaction was very pleasant and I feel that this time, they really heard our concerns and were very diligent to make sure that our problems and concerns were fixed. Thank you for not ignoring our concerns.

Tammy is fantastic to work with and helped me navigate every part of the process as a first-time homebuyer. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped me refine where I wanted to buy (as well as exactly what I was looking for in a house). Even in the uncertainty of the market during the pandemic, I knew I was in good hands from start to finish.

Tammy helped us get our first house 18 years ago so we were happy to go back to her when it was finally time to move. She was always available to us and willing to get answers for whatever crazy questions we had. She stuck with us as we seriously considered not one, not two but three houses by the end of it all!

Tammy was super great to work with and helped me find a home! She is really knowledgeable about the area and knows a lot about the history about the neighborhoods (at least the ones we looked at), which can be helpful in determining where to live. It was my first time buying a home, so I was a bit all over the place, but she was super patient with me. When you tour a house she knows what to look for and can point out things that you may not notice or think about in terms of inspection. I will definitely reach out to Tammy again in the future!

It was a pleasure to have Tammy as my agent. I traveled from CA to NC to look for homes that would meet my specifications and needs.
