Great class! First time at PBX. Really liked the look/feel of the studio and the overall setup. Big fan of variety of movements/exercises and use of extra equipment. Instructor (Melissa) was energetic and motivating and she explained/demonstrated the movements very well. Will definitely be back!

GREAT WORKOUT! The instructors I worked out with know how to push you and maintain optimal form. I always feel like it was an hour well spent!

I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a challenging pilates studio. PBX fit the bill perfectly. The jump board class was just the right amount of cardio and strength. Ashley was a great instructor and made me feel welcome my first time. Great studio!
