“I give this place 5 stars! My first appointment was set due to a toothache. During the 1st visit, I felt welcomed and comfortable, which is RARE for me in a dentist office. I cried the ENTIRE time because it’s been awhile since I went to the dentist, but I still felt no judgement or nervousness from anyone. Everyone was very understanding and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured on anything. The 2nd appointment is what made this place 5 stars for me. Again, everything was already great but the hygienist is the BEST! Before my appointment, he filled his room with calming scents (I told you I cried a lot during the first appointment) to make sure I felt at ease during the procedure. He also gave me protective wear that had my favorite music playing. Throughout the entire procedure, he checked on me to make sure I was okay. Everything was genuine and intentional. I appreciate his efforts to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! 💛”

They are friendly and willing to go out of their way, even after office hours, to help with anything you may need. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and address any concerns I had. My hot water wasn't running due to a malfunction in my hot water heater and they were quick to get it addressed! From great amenities to location, Hawthorne has everything you need to make your home!”

“My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch. It was a busy lunchtime. When we arrived, the place was fully occupied with customers, we wanted to try the restaurant, so we waited for 45 minutes. We are glad we did. Our waiter was great. I don't have a photo of pizza, but my daughter enjoyed it. I ordered the meatarita pizza without the meat for her. I am looking forward to taking my daughter here soon.”

Very clean store and helpful Target representatives assisted when I asked for help. The multi-packs of earrings had missing pairs. This area needs to be replenished. “First time at a laundromat. Brought $10 in quarters and that was plenty for two big loads of laundry. There is a laundry soap dispenser offering laundry soap or bleach for a dollar. (It did get stuck but the ladies running the cleaners got out my soap for me). There are individual male/female bathrooms. The machines look pretty new and work well. Even the biggest machine washes its load in only 24min. There are laundry machines offering: 2 loads: $3.25 3 loads: $3.50 4 loads: $4.00 6 loads: $4.75 8 loads: $7.50 Dryers are huge and can accommodate the same amount of laundry as the 8 load washer and seem to be all $0.50 each. Not sure how long the dryers take to dry the load. The only minor complaint is that what they call an 8 load machine looks to me about a 3 or 4 load machine. (With all of the machines the estimate of how many loads can fit inside seems a bit generous) Otherwise, good experience overall.”

“Everything was awesome. Store was neat and clean and the lady that helped me one of the owners at the Durham store was amazing in helping me pick a mattress out and delivering. My apologies I'm horrible with names lol. Also good conversation and great one on one customer service.. And the best part is I was able to make a payment plan and take my mattress home right away instead of waiting until it was fully paid for. Stores like this need to stay around forever”

“Relocated from Connecticut and was very nervous about visiting a new dentist.When I walked in the door, I was greeted with care. Everyone was very welcoming from the front desk staff, dental assistant to the dental hygienist. The dentist filling in for the original dentist was also very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The dental hygienist was even able to fit me in for a cleaning so I didn’t have to come back. She was excellent and handle me with gentle care. Talk about top care. In all I give a 5 star review.
