Jennifer set up my phone, answered all of my questions, and discussed options for accessories. I never felt pressured to purchase any items. Although the store was busy, she made sure I took time to review the transfer of my data, answered questions and applied the liquid glass screen protector - a skill I definitely do not have. Jennifer managed the flow of customers coming in, greeting each customer and ensuring current safety guidelines were met. The other staff working were equally personable. “Gosh this place is amazing. It may be a chain but it was the most personalized, pleasant shopping experience I've had in awhile. The store is super clean even with all the pets coming in and out. But really what got me was how helpful, knowledgeable, and caring the staff is. The prices may be slightly higher than other shops but it's worth the small premium for both the quality and service. They stand by their products and are flexible with returns, and they're generous with samples to see what your pup likes. Our dog was ecstatic to visit and be loved on, and we got some great products. We will definitely be back, maybe even to try the self-service bath.”

“Dr. Min is a civil surgeon designated by USCIS. (I am an adult and you don’t need to be a child patient for I-693 green card medical exam) I called almost all civil surgeons in the triangle area and her quote was one of the cheapest. As long as you have the vaccine record ready, I-693 preparation can be done very fast. Dr. Min and her staffs were all so kind! I highly recommend her for green card medical exam especially if you are from Asia as she knows vaccination systems in Asia really well (hassle free)”
