He is one of the best out there and you will certainly not find a professional trainer so easily. To start out, the classes would sound expensive, they are indeed not. We sign up at other places for variety and childcare and what not. We take a more variety for less as a good thing.. but you will realize after signing up with Chris that his classes are much easier to fit in your fitness routine without feeling overwhelmed and you will realize less is more. All his workouts are full body workouts, every routine is a new routine and you will always be challenged no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I've belonged to a few boxes as well as visited boxes all around the world and they do not even compare to the facility Embark has. It is more than just a CrossFit gym - they also have an in-house Chiropractor, Massage Therapist and Health Coach! However, what's really great about CrossFit Embark is not the facility itself, but the people. The coaches are some of the best in the area and really take the time to get to know each individual athlete and help them with their specific needs. The community is what will keep you here. When I moved to the area my husband and I didn't know anyone, quickly we gained over 100 friends! We all celebrate birthdays, showers, wedding, PRs, whatever it is together. The programming is the best I've ever seen! I've seen vast improvements in my skills and other athlete's as well in a short period of time.
