John arrived at the time he had stated, inspected the roof, recommended I file an insurance claim, and when the claim was approved, I engaged Huff's to replace the roof. The work was done in one day as estimated, the workers were obviously a "team" and they communicated and worked well with each other. They used tarp to protect my painted patio, shrubbery, grass, etc., to prevent damage, and after the installation used a magnet to secure any stray nails, etc. John Huff was on the site while the work was being done, and kept me informed throughout the day. He is an honest man, helped me navigate through the insurance claim procedure, and has a good reputation with the HOA in our subdivision.”
