My wife ordered an ice cream cake for Christmas and forgot to pick it up. The owner, Jared, came to open the store for us and let us pick up the cake on Christmas Eve when they were closed, even though it was 100% our fault for forgetting the pick-up. “I went here last week to get a coffee of course, but it turned out only one poor girl was working behind the counter. She had a line of about 4 people but she made it go by faster than expected. I cant remember her name but she had dark hair and glasses. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, and oh my goodness i had no idea starbucks was this good. When she handed it to me she was extremely nice and complimentary. I will go back here especially if she makes my coffee.”
