“Okay everyone, If you are even the slightest bit tired of your chair, desk, or something in your home work environment, get into your car and take a trip to Thrifty Office Furniture on Angus Drive. They have so many great options and you deserve to treat yourself and take good care of yourself when it comes to your BACK. I visited Thrifty Office furniture twice and the customer service has been excellent every time. As soon as I arrived, the environment was clean and very peaceful. They have a machine that takes your temperature as soon as you arrive, which made me feel safe. Suzanne Perry helped me out and showed me into the warehouse to try out gently used office chairs, and spoke with me about the specific brands and prices. She printed out a sheet with information on each of the chairs and their prices and brands so i could take it home and reference it and read reviews.I went back this morning, ultimately chose a STEEL CASE office chair that I am sitting in now as I write this review, and I feel so much better! Tamara Van Doren helped me this morning and immediately took time to walked me through the different features of the chair, and allowed me to choose the one in the best condition. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Thrifty Office Furniture to anyone who is looking for an upgrade in their home work space, which so many of are requiring now. They have a wonderful variety of products as well as lots of different price points, used and new. Ordering something you have never tried out from Amazon or Target or something and just hoping its the right thing for your spine and neck, is not the way to go. Go somewhere that you can try out the furniture and talk to people who know the products! Great pricing and good quality. It 100% worth it to invest in something ergonomically healthy that doesn't make you hate going into your home office in your day. “The Pho here is great! The taste and portion size are fantastic! The open ceiling and clean furniture gives the environment a nice touch. The only thing that didn’t go very well at this restaurant was the lack of sprouts. My family and I came here on 04/10/2021. We ordered 4 regular-sized pho noodle soups and only got enough sprouts for one noodle soup. When we told the waitress, she said that she would come back with more sprouts. However after we finished our meals, she came back and said that the kitchen ran out of sprouts. Because of this experience, I am only giving this 4 stars.”

“I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.”

“For nearly 50 years we have used the offerings of Home Depots service, supplies and advice needed for our fixer upper and various new builds In Illinois, the Upper Peninsula and current in North Carolina. Here we have used the stores located in Garner and Knightdale. All was well until we purchased some appliances and was offered a discount on the purchase if we acquired their credit card. It offered a $100 gift card which came after the due date and was actually a varied gift card, that being a $25 gift card, or a $50 gift card or a $100 gift card depending on the value of your purchased cost. Besides this misrepresentation, while we waited for payment notification we incurred a late payment notice when no notice was ever sent. Contacting the credit department we had this late fee removed and we were told that additional payments needed to be made on line, and they blamed the store employee for misstating the manner of used of the credit card. Our purchase is done as we now wait for delivery. Of delivery, we made a purchase in February and was advised that it’s delivery was to be the first of March. The delay as others have been associated with this ongoing pandemic. Of the delivery date, we gave instructions and waited. As we waited, we saw the delivery truck pass our subdivision to then get a call that he missed the turn. When told to just turn around, we received a follow up call that the truck was on our street but could not locate our address. A text message was received from the delivery service stating that if delivery was not made within 10 minutes the driver was directed to precede to his next stop. A second delivery date was made to were only received one of the two items purchased and was advised that they could not find this other purchase. We were later informed that our appliance was damaged as we would be contacted by the manufacture for its replacement now scheduled for the first week in April. If you are considering using Home Depot’s credit card and service you have been warned.”
