“We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our girls trip. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Jim took great pride in taking care of them. Jim would sit and talk to us as though we were old friends. We also had a super nice evening desk clerk named Sandra. These two people made our trip worthwhile. They were both down to earth people. Sometimes when I go into motels the staff is horrible.( I have been to plenty being a travel nurse). All hotel staff should take lessons from these two on how to treat guests. Just because we are guests doesn’t mean we don’t like conversations or kind words. They really made our days brighter. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. The only thing we didn’t care for was the little pillows that were not good for the neck when sleeping. And the bedspreads were two different colors. Other than that no problems.”

“Artisan first did our roof inspection and then did the roof replacement. They were very prompt to do the inspection and provided a detailed report of the damages to the insurance company. Once the roof replacement was approved by our insurance company we waited a couple of months for the job to start because Artisan has a lot of demand. They were very responsive to questions we had. They gave us detailed instructions of the process, of when they were going to deliver the materials and the how we needed to prepare the area for their work. On the day of installation they were punctual and protected the bushes and area around our house. They completed the roof replacement the same day and they cleaned everything meticulously. We are very pleased with the work done by Artisan and would highly recommend them. Our roof looks great!”

“Troy replaced the roof of our previous home that was damaged by hail. He helped us get through the hurdles of the insurance claim process. We wanted an uncommon Designer shingle, which he was able to locate in another city and special order. The workmanship was fantastic and took the appearance and quality of the roof up a level. But it doesn't stop there. Several months later we sold the home. The week of the closing was during Hurricane Florence. We noticed water coming in through the roof, which surprised us because the roof had been rock solid. We called Troy on a Sunday, and he dropped everything. He was out on the roof that day in the wind and rain trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out the roof installation was rock solid--it was a leaky AC Vent Pipe. We got the issue remedied, he helped quell the concerns of the buyer and the inspector, and we had a successful closing. You're not just getting a new roof with Whitt Roofing. You're getting a service from someone who takes pride in his work and cares about the people he serves for years to come. Would recommend Troy in a heartbeat.”
