They supported us through the claim with our insurance company by meeting with the insurance inspector and following up with the many details, making it easy for us. Removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took only about two days and was done with the least amount of disruption to us. The clean up crew was marvelous and the yard and grounds were back to normal very quickly. Everything seemed to work like clockwork, although I know that excellence like that doesn’t just happen without top-notch project management and attention to detail. “We contracted with agape to replace a full roof on our house in Cary. We selected agape after watching their work on a neighbors house. Our house is around 5000 ft.² so has a large roof the agape team took six days to complete the work. I have seen similar houses in the neighborhood with the work completed in one day which frankly scares me. The time that agape Turk clearly shows The care that they take in their work. The workers were courteous and polite and cleaned up well after themselves. The manager attended regularly and followed up to make sure that everything was clean and tidy and there was no issues for us. I was very pleased with the work and I’m happy to recommend them.”

“After some recent heavy rain, we developed a leak under a skylight in our dining room. We contacted the company who installed our roof. We were told they would only offer a 30 day warranty on repair work, therefore, we opted to look elsewhere for a solution. We had heard radio commercials for Dave's Roof Repair, so, after reading reviews on Nextdoor, Yelp and Google, we decided to contact Dave. We described the issue and set up an appointment for him to come out to our house. Dave arrived on time and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Dave was very careful and considerate of our property, he placed protective covers on his ladder to ensure he would not damage our new gutters. We agreed on his proposed price and within 30 minutes, he had completed his work. We believe the price was reasonable and he offered us a 3 year warranty on the repair! We will definitely contact Dave again should we have issues with our roof!”

“Very pleasant experience working with BGC contractors. After a storm went through, we found missing shingles on our yard. We contacted BGC for advice and they quickly arranged an inspection with our insurance company. Regional manager Ryan was very helpful and informative, we didn’t have to worry about making time to meet with the adjuster, that was taken care of and scheduled for us. The next day we were notified that our roof was approved for a full replacement! We were provided with plenty of roof samples to choose from and once we found one we liked, we were contacted by the scheduling team and arranged a day for the work to be completed. We were worried that we would have to wait a long time for the crew to come out but they were able to schedule is the week after our inspection was complete. The crew came out on the scheduled day, and the crewmen were so nice. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up all debris from our yard, none of our landscaping was damaged and the yard was left in perfect condition. An overall great experience choosing BGC contractors!”
