They take their time with your animals, fully explain everything that they are doing, they do not rush you. It’s nice that the caring and compassionate people for their field still exist ! I do highly recommend them! They even have their own pharmacy and allow for outside pick up without evening having to go into the building !”

The office itself is welcoming from when you first come in and the check in staff was extremely friendly. I had such a great experience with not only my nurse but also Dr. Torsone. I had been a tenant since August of 2017 and I must say that all the employees I've interacted with over the years have been wonderful! No online payments available for monthly rent, though. Love the property I stayed in and the area. They were responsive to work orders and when my townhouse was broken in to in 2018, they promptly replaced the broken glass. Nothing but excellent customer service with Picket Fence Realty! Would definitely rent from a property managed by them again in the future. Highly recommend!”

I confess that occasionally I became teary, while at other times I was smiling and laughing re-telling fun stories from my past. My children and grandchildren have listened to the recording. They have all said that they learned things about me and their grandparents (as well as great grandparents) that they never knew. They have told me how happy they are to have this recording as a way to preserve family history in my voice.
