“Dr. Dunn & her associates were so amazing. I was nervous about getting 3 wisdom teeth removed, using general anesthesia. The process was so quick. “I’ve just recently started going to this dentist in May, after not having been to a dentist at all in over 10 years… needing a good bit of fillings done, and a good cleaning, they were very friendly, and worked with me on everything! (My reasons for not having gone to a dentist in so long before now was due to so much trauma as a late teenager and having gone to a different dentist, he did not numb me at all when I had to get four deep fillings done and it hurt me so badly that I was terrified of ever going back!) Fast Forward to the last couple of months and 4 different appointments I’ve been to now, and I can honestly tell you that Dr. Dowdy is by FAR the best dentist in the area to go to! He was so kind, gentle, and very understanding of my fear.. he made sure I wouldn’t feel anything before he ever started the fillings, and constantly asked me if I was okay during the process to make sure I was comfortable. During my visit this afternoon, he even offered a blanket in case I was cold! I felt very as ease and knew I had nothing to fear. I’m so grateful they were able to work me in as a new patient, and got me in very quickly! The staff is very kind and friendly, always in a great mood and making you feel welcome! I will definitely continue going here from now on, and will definitely recommend this Dentist’s office to anybody looking for a new place to go! And they prices are very fair, they had no issues with my insurance.. they let me know well ahead of time before my next appointment what to expect to pay out of pocket, if anything at all! With all this being said, if you’re looking for a new dentist this is definitely the place to go!! I highly recommend them, and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!”

“I have a somewhat difficult toddler (as most do I suppose ha); but I’d say mine is slightly more difficult having been diagnosed with Autism and having had a bad experience with a prior dentist at different dentist’s office. But this place was amazing from the front desk checking me in to the dental hygienist (I believe her name was Peyton but going to be honest and say my son was being a bit loud when she introduced herself). She was amazing, so gentle and calm with him. Then we had Dr Mark and he was also the most gentle and calming dentist I’ve had. Just made me feel like I’m not the worst mom around! Which I think most moms feel at one time or another! To the last person who checked us out that was also super sweet and listened to my son being super loud while I tried to fill out paperwork and never once made me feel bad and or got irritated. You can’t train compassion and I felt it from everyone here. But on top of compassion they were also were very knowledgeable and thorough with their assessments. Couldn’t ask for a better visit! Thanks to everyone!! Amazing experience and will definitely be back!!”

“I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once and was terrified. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and made the experience smooth & easy. The office is very nice and clean, professional setting and comfortable. I was instructed on procedure and closed my eyes. Next thing I knew, they were waking me up and I had no idea it was already done! Would definitely recommend! My healing time was quick and painless. I only dealt with the numbing for a few hours. I'm writing this review 2 years later, everything healed just fine. 👍🏼 I actually looked them up again for another visit and realized I should have left a good review of their services!”

“MD still is asking for mask usage in the common areas, and that's understandable...no big. Both the hygienist and dentist were as forthright and knowledgeable as could be asked for. He’s the best very compassionate, explains procedure from beginning to the end and in between him and his wonderful team are always there for you in time of need. “My situation is not typical root canal, I had a fractured tooth and fracture is deep into gums. My dentist Dr. Amit Patel (West Cary Dental) recommended Governors Endodontics and he assured me that I will be getting best treatment. We are not sure if I could save my teeth because the fracture is deep into gums leaving very little chance to hold to crown even after crown lengthening procedure. Dr. Tawil closely examined my situation and truly saved my teeth. He explained everything in detail and closely coordinated with my dentist by taking extra care required in my case. Dr. Tawil is extremely skilled and I would highly recommend his services. Dr Tawil and his staff Haley & Callie are very caring and provide top of the line services.”

I am thrilled to say that we have FINALLY found the right one for our needs with Dr. Mike and his most amazing staff. The Dr. and staff take the time to get to know each patient as well as to explain exactly what is going on with your child at any given time. They never make you feel rushed and have gone to the moon and back to accomodate the special needs of my girls. On the drive home after our first visit I was asked by the girls if this could be their new dentist! To say I am happy is quite an understatement.
