“I recently moved to Charlotte and was looking to get established at a dentist's office. I asked my family for reccomendations in a group chat and was immediately told that I needed to make an appointment with Dr. Ferrara. They were right. After my first visit I had complete trust in Dr Ferrara's opinion. We reached the end of my allotted appointment time on my first visit, and Emele stayed an additional 30 minutes to find a solution that worked for me. Each option was detailed specifically with my budget, while Lauren the dentist assistant worked with the front staff to find the best way my insurance could cover it. I had never had a dentists office put this much effort put into making sure I got the best care for my money. I had several procedures performed within just a few months, and despite the nature of the work I was never once uncomfortable. Dr. Ferrara and Lauren would check in every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable, and...I always was. I had a good amount of dental phobia going in to my original appointments, I had even pushed off a lot of work I needed done. But by my third and fourth appointment I had no anxiety, I was more worried about making sure I wasn't late to my check-in. Seriously, Im not sure how I could have had a better experience. My cleaning with the hygienist Leah was thorough yet quick and painless. Unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the front staff, but they were all genuinely kind and put substantial effort into helping me. If you're looking for a new dentist, you've found it. Comfy office, kind people and skilled professionals...what else could you ask for?”

“Had to switch dentist this year and came to to Dr.Mansfield. He explained my options for my teeth grinding to me throughly and went over the different options and the costs. I had to order a mouthguard that cost me 600 dollars and my insurance originally denied my claim. He sent them a letter and xrays and they eventually covered 500 for the mouthguard. Every other mouthguard I have had i had to pay full price for. I would highly recommend him. The girls in the office are extremely nice and personable as well. I will be using Dr. Mansfield for all my future dental needs.”

“I brought my 11-year-old daughter, who has severe fear of anything medical, to this practice for two tooth extractions. They were absolutely phenomenal. Every detail of our experience here was wonderful, from the kind people who work the front desk and phones to the medical assistants to the Dr. Fritz and the entire staff. They were patient and answered all of my (MANY) questions. They were incredibly kind to my daughter, who was extremely nervous. Dr. Fritz and the anesthesiologist were amazing and made all of us feel confident, reassured and comfortable. The anesthesiologist called the evening before to see if we had any questions. Dr. Fritz called to follow up the day after the procedure. My daughter recovered beautifully and had a great experience that did not add to her medical anxiety (SO THANKFUL FOR THIS). I simply cannot recommend this office enough. I was torn about where to take my daughter because she has a lot of anxiety, but I wanted to leave this review for any other parents who may be in the same boat. I would, without any reservation, recommend Central Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for top notch medical care and an attentive, kind approach with their patients. They are a gift. “This dentistry- was able to make my child feel very important- seeing the same dentist since she was 3, was hard to switch. However, after walking out and hearing my daughter talk about how she enjoyed her visit. Not only did they squeeze her in due to an emergency, but they were so gentle with her. And fixed all of her issues in one day. All staff were very friendly and kind and treated us- as if we weren’t even new patients. 5 star earned.”
