I had an electrical issue, and the store's electrician gave me a call and walked me through the repair over the phone at no cost. I spent about $6 on parts to change out a bad light switch. The cheapest quote I got from an electrician was $150. While I can't tackle every project in my home myself, the help from Home Depot has definitely helped me get some projects done I thought I'd never be capable of and that saves me a ton of money. The store even holds free classes that you can sign up for online. In a couple hours I learned how to repair a hole in dry wall and it didn't cost me a penny! “Beco Electric Service Review Excellent Service. We had Beco in for our lighting project and the project just wrapped up last week. Our project consisted of the installation of recessed lights throughout the house where not already installed (20 total). Technicians Mike Carroll and Eric Shore handled the whole project from start to finish. It was clear early that they knew what they were doing and they methodically completed each step room by room. Each person’s residence is different from the next and sometimes a residence can present unanticipated issues and in this aspect our property was no different. When Mike and Eric came to that issue on our project, they brainstormed and came up with the best option that allowed us to still get the desired effect that we were looking for. For us, they presented very little disruption as they did their job, I was still able to work from home. They remained focused and at no point did they have periods of inactivity. Also noteworthy is that at all times while on site, Beco’s technicians observed current protocols for health and safety. They left the area neat and clean and the end result was fantastic. “RA Jackson Electric recently addressed a problem I was having with the line inputs to my air conditioner. They were recommended by Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I found the technicians to be both professional and courteous. After I called Jackson’s, the technicians arrived later that day, which was great, it was hot with no AC. Upon inspection, a tech tightened a wire that was rather loose and thought that may have fixed the intermittent input problem to my AC unit. Unfortunately, the same issue reared up again later that night. The technician troubleshot the circuit logically, it was an intermittent fault. I called Jackson’s Electric first thing in the morning the next day to schedule an appointment, they were at my house by noon. This time they replaced a quick disconnect at the input to the AC unit. Mr. Jackson was kind and did not charge me for the second service call. This company and its technicians obviously care about doing a professional job. It is no wonder Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning recommended them, they were quick, courteous and reliable.”
