He fixed our issue (replacing a garden hose spigot under the house) and further checked the well and pump to ensure the pressure was where it was supposed to be. We spoke on a Tuesday evening, and by noon Wednesday, my toilet is all fixed! While fixing my toilet leak, he went out of his way to fix additional problems that I didn't even know were present. “Frank and his son are true professionals. The prior homeowners used him to service the well and I found his sticker on the holding tank. I called him last night when my pump failed. He got back to me within the hour, late at night, and helped me do some basic troubleshooting to see if he could get me back online without having to send someone out. Once we realized it was a controller to pump communication problem, he agreed to come out the next morning to get my well back online. His son quickly diagnosed the problem (broken wire) the next morning and got the well back online within an hour. After he left, I forgot to ask him details about my well and he was kind enough to get the information and relay it back to me. All in all, great experience and thankful they are willing to go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. I would highly recommend.”
