“I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day. They were reasonably priced, attentive to detail, communicative, and prompt. In short, David says what he will do, and then does it when he says he will.
