I have been shopping at Walmart for many years. I have watched them grow their brand and products. They are very well organized.

I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day. Doug’s kindness and effort in helping locate them were! Thanks Doug!!!

The Walmart in Mayodan, NC, has recently undergone a remarkable transformation that has truly enhanced the shopping experience. Over the past several months, there have been numerous upgrades throughout the store, making it not only more visually appealing but also significantly easier to navigate.

As I walked through the aisles, I noticed improved signage and better organization that helped me find the items I needed more quickly than ever before. The fresh, updated look of the store is inviting and has created a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.

I appreciate the efforts made by the team at this location to enhance our shopping experience, and I look forward to seeing how these improvements will help the store thrive in the future. Overall, it’s great to see a community resource like Walmart investing in its facilities and making it a better place for shoppers.

Employee Austin ( produce department ) Provided excellent customer service. I was in need of some pumpkins and when I spoke with him, he went to the back and pulled out what they had and allowed me to pick the ones I wanted. He was very friendly and he made my day. Thank you Austin
