Nice equipment (paddles & kayaks). Uses an App on your phone to keep track of you on the river. Beautiful river. Caught some rare creatures.”

“I purchased a mattress and box spring from this company about 2 months ago. I haven’t had any issues. The only thing I will say… (as a suggestion) because it may have been harmless questions… but when I went to buy the matress and box spring they lady was very helpful and detailed about the prices and quality of the mattresses but when she asked me how would I like to pay and I told her I just wanted to pay straight out, she started asking questions like “where did you get the money from” and “where do you work” and “who do you bank with”. I just don’t see how any of those questions have any relevancy to me purchasing a mattress and box spring. Maybe it was harmless but it definitely gave me the vibe that she was surprised I could afford it. It was only $700”

“If you want a hard worker, honest, and reliable service; M&M is all of the above. I had to get another mower service person to work on my mower while M&M was out due to surgery and the new place charged me an arm and a leg. They didn't even do what was stated they did, like changing belts, blades, oil filter etc. We know this because after returning to M&M when we heard he was open, everything he replaced and serviced summer before was still same as when he did it. You can't buy his products around here so we knew the other place royally lied to us. M&M will tell you if he is behind or how long it will be before your equipment is going to be ready before you either "drop it off" or "he picks it up." Once in his possession; you've agreed to wait and be patient. He does have a day time job as well. So for the review below, I know what was said is false. I myself have sent a few customers his way and each even said he was upfront on when he could get to their property. If you read the fine print on hours, he doesn't even open until 5 pm during the week. We support you M&M and will not take our equipment anywhere else. Keep up the great work!! Thank you for always being upfront and truthful with us.”

“This store was stocked and clean. I was traveling and stopped for some snacks. They had a great assortment with low prices. The clerk with her mask on (like me) politely unlocked the restroom door for me. It was clean and when I left I checked out. I complimented her on the store's excellent condition. She said, "Oh we've still got stock to put out!" I then told her how BAD my Dollar General was and I hated to go in it because it was so messy and unstocked. I praised her again and left thinking how sad it is that Jamison Rd & 13th Street, Dollar General in Roanoke, VA has to be such a mess!!! I saw proof it can be better!!”
