My sales rep was gone, but that's actually a good thing. Shannon, the new West Coast Sales Rep is hands on and personable. I gave her a phone call and she came out to my department, the folllowing week. She showed samples of her products for guys that didn't get the opportunity to go to the Shot Show... She sized anyone who wanted to be sized. No pressure. I got my vest and was completely amazed by the customer service. You will not get that type of service with any other body armor company.
