“We have been customers with Arrow for almost three years for both Pest Control and Termites. They offer quality service and protection for a very fair price. Their customer service team is excellent and always very responsive and helpful. Their technicians are very helpful and always go the extra mile. And if you have issues between the quarterly visits they will respond promptly. Generally the quarterly visits do take care of everything. But every so often we will get out of control ants. Well... not for long. Andrew generally is our tech, and he always checks in with us when he visits to make sure they are taking care of any issues. I also want to thank Regana for all her help. Simon not only had to sand but also fill the grain and more (see before/after). We also had him put in soft close hinges. The final result is amazing and just what we wanted. He came for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party and made almost paw patrol pups and more for the other kids. He’s very nice and patient with the little kids which was great considering how trying kids can be😂. Even for us adults though he was so fun and entertaining.
