“I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day. Doug’s kindness and effort in helping locate them were! Thanks Doug!!!”

“The service at this office deserves 5 stars, but Beltone’s hearing aids, at least mine, don’t. The office is sending one of my aids in to get it worked on, after sending the other one in a couple of months ago. I do have a loaner pair this time. These are a newer model than mine and a version of higher quality. In the 2-3 hours that I’ve had them, it already appears that they are much better. I am sure that they do that hoping people will upgrade after the loan.”

“During my travel I noticed my wiper was bad. Being in that area we stopped at O'Reilly to replace them. The staff was very friendly ,nice and very helpful. Looking around the store it looked in order and very clean so I asked if I could use the rest room man what a shock do I need to say more. After looking at chart on door the last inspection was like October I was traveling after Christmas.”

“Walmart is a ever changing place. With the Santa bells outside, and stress faces employees working behind the counter. It's come a long way from the friendly face greeting at the door. ("Welcome to walmart." They used to say) Lately, my experience at Walmart (Biscoe), seems to be a noticeable change in the atmosphere and level of customer service over time. It's not understandable missing the friendly faces and helpful assistance that was once more prevalent at the store. Even more once it was important for businesses to provide a positive shopping experience to their customers, and it seems like there's room for improvement in this particular location. I hope that Walmart takes customer feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service, restocking proceduress putting up stocks or leaving pallets in the aisles. While customers are shopping in the store, and overall store experience for the elderly. What happen to the blue light sales?The parking lot looks great. It's always great to have friendly and helpful employees, friendly location, who make shopping enjoyable.”

After work, I returned to have a new battery installed. He showed me the different options and quickly had a new battery. I was back on the road in no time.
