“Well the store was fine. I had to purchase a battery. The guy that sold me the battery was nice enough to let me borrow a tool to replace it. A mile down the road. When I returned for a refund on the core I explained the new battery didn't do the trick. He offered to take a look at my car, but ended up a no show the next day. So I had to have it towed and serviced. It turned out to be the starter as I suspected. I just wish people wouldn't offer anything if they're not gonna come through. He could have called me. He seemed like a nice enough guy to be reliable. Live and learn as they say.”

“We had a wonderful experience with The Band Attic. They repaired a trombone for my son who be going into band. We debated against buying a new one or repairing one that was already in the family, and they told us it was still a good instrument and worth hanging onto and repairing. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the repairs even ended up being cheaper than they had originally anticipated. They were so kind and helpful when we went to pickup the trombone.
