I came to the leasing office and told Tim, Jordan and Janelle about the problems that I was having with said roommate and they immediately rectified the situation by getting Upper Management involved while acting on my behalf. When I couldn't come down to see the apartment, she did a video tour, took pictures for me and even offered to tape out the dimensions of my furniture!
