“Apartments are OK. But there is a mold issue around every window in the apartment. Everytime it hits the winter months they will start to sweat and have mold around them. I have to clean mine every couple of weeks with mold and mildew spray. Does no good to Call maintenance because they're basically just going to clean the same way I did with the mold and mildew do spray.”

“I just recently moved out (April 2023) to relocate to another town. My duplex/townhome is managed by Picket Fence Realty. I had been a tenant since August of 2017 and I must say that all the employees I've interacted with over the years have been wonderful! No online payments available for monthly rent, though. Love the property I stayed in and the area. They were responsive to work orders and when my townhouse was broken in to in 2018, they promptly replaced the broken glass. Nothing but excellent customer service with Picket Fence Realty! Would definitely rent from a property managed by them again in the future. Highly recommend!”

(They do process applications in a appropriate manner of time) They take about 2-3 days to give an answer, (They give a reason of the decision) they notified me that they didn’t even process my application because someone else who submitted an application ahead of time was approved, and (they do no take your money) they won’t charge the application fee if they won’t process it.”
