“The facility and the employees are great! However, I can not say the same about the tenants. A few years ago I had two roommates move into the apartment next to me. At first they were quiet and polite but as time went by they got louder and wilder. They were both in their mid-20’s and they seemingly had a party every weekend. One of them, (whose name I think is Jeremy) would always knock on my door, usually once a week, and ask for a cup of sugar. When I would answer and open the door he would quickly wedge his foot in between the doorframe, preventing me from closing it. He would then enter my apartment and stare intensely at my grandfather clock in my living room and would yell in almost a primal scream “IT’S BEER O’CLOCK!” At this point he would dash off into MY kitchen, open MY fridge, and would start chugging all MY beers, one after another. This would continue, against my wishes, for almost 5 minutes straight. I had alerted management about this and they did nothing. They kept telling me “it is what it is”. This continued for months.”

“I have lived here at Stratford for about 3 years- I have no legitimate complaints. Apartment onsite staff are the best! They honestly do their best to meet the tenants needs, answer questions etc. Super friendly :) As far as maintenance- from my experience they have been amazing as well—Professional, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable of the trade they are in. The property itself is well kept as far as property management can control- The breezeways are kept pretty clean, staff picks up trash, power wash breezeways, landscaping is done often. The negatives with property such as animal waste, trash, dumpster misuse, leftover Marijuana papers, repacked cigars , the constant odor of Marijuana and some loud neighbors are all things that need to be improved but this is something the tenants need to improve on - and is beyond outside managements control. We all need to pick up after our pets, if you have trash put it where it belongs- Just be courteous to fellow humans and this would be a perfect place to live for a long time to come. The area for me is awesome- I can walk my dog on well lit streets, There is a grocery store, restaurants and a sheetz across the street that we can walk to. Amazing location and nice people. I am blessed and grateful to be here”

“I've lived here for 7 years. Lately, the staff at Glenbrook West has risen to the occasion after coping with the pandemic since early 2020. What a year!!! There are two new staff who are super nice and the property manager has a knack for getting things done. For example, I need a new bathroom floor, as the old one has weathered over the years. I just requested this last week and was informed by the PM that it has already been ordered. Yay! Recently, our gym re-opened, which is great. Thank you! Also, kudos to the maintenance staff. Last week, Desmond went the extra mile by looking at my bathroom flooring at my request. He followed thru right away, and even tho he was "on loan" from another complex, he stepped up to help us folks over at Glenbrook. I must say, Ticon properties are beautifully landscaped.The grounds are taken care of and those guys are hard workers and super nice. Thank you! Best of all, I have great neighbors with sweet dogs. I really appreciate how the residents clean up after their dogs and let me pet them!”

“I moved in mid April of 2022 so I have lived here for roughly 7 months. This place is extremely beautiful decor wise and it's located in a very convenient spot here in wake forest. I live on the first floor with neighbors above and to the side but have never heard any noise. These apartments are extremely noise proof. Any maintenance issues get resolved in a very timely fashion. The staff here is very nice as well! They also have the option to have a personal garage here as well which is very nice and convenient. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move into a nice,safe,and well accommodated location.”
