“The tail/brake/parking light on my trailer was not consistently working. Repair shops in my area referred me to trailer repair shops, but the trailer shops were not going to be able to look at it for about a month. I don't live in the area but was going to be visiting family who suggested I check with Bates. I called a few days in advance of my visit. They were able to fix it the day of my visit and for less than I would have paid for a ticket.”
