“I ordered a mix of meats to try them all. My order was packed and shipped right away. Everything looked great and wa packaged well. I ordered from another farm before and the packages were not tightly sealed and when defrosting leaked everywhere. This is very important. I had questions about the cuts and sent an email. I was answered RIGHT away with a very clear respectful explanation. I have only cooked 2 cuts so far but this is what meat should taste like. I have ordered from 4 farms in total and this one checks all the boxes.”
